WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE PROGRAM

Working language with experts during laboratories is English. Program participants go through a selection process.

The program brings together participants aged 11-14 and combines active recreation and experiential learning. Through engaging activities the participants will learn their own strengths and views, how to work collaboratively, communicate across differences, navigate dynamic challenges and learn new skills and consider ethical implications of actions.

Everyone is encouraged and supported to express themselves in an accepting community we co-create. The program is designed to support holistic development of each participant. It encompasses a range of activities: outdoor , sports and games, hiking, facilitated group discussions, individual and group projects, art and expression activities, as well as excursions within Armenia. General events are held in English. Communication within the group takes place in the language in which the participant is comfortable - English or Russian by their choice.

This program is designed to help teenagers with self-discovery and building confidence. It provides a space where teens can ask themselves important questions: Who am I? What defines me? What makes me unique?

The program is based on a game-based learning approach. Teenagers develop essential life skills through business and simulation games, active tasks, and game shows. It’s not only engaging and exciting but also fosters leadership qualities, creativity, and teamwork. This provides a valuable and enriching experience in interacting with others.

Project Days and Laboratories

How It Works

A project-based approach. Every teenager becomes part of a team and works on a project. Throughout the program, participants:

- Engage in role-playing and simulation games to learn decision-making and working in various situations. In one game, they might take on leadership roles; in another, they navigate group conflicts. This helps build leadership skills and teamwork.
- Participate in project days where they explore various formats—film, theater, exhibitions, and other creative projects.
- Attend workshops designed to enhance creative and social skills. Public speaking and acting workshops, for example, are significant steps toward overcoming the fear of public performances.
- Collaborate within teams, learning to solve tasks together and take responsibility for outcomes.

THE INSIDE OUT PROGRAM

The “Inside Out” program focuses on exploring self-awareness, perception of the world, and developing empathy. We help teenagers understand how their perception of reality is shaped by various factors, including personal experience, memory, social norms, and upbringing. To assist in this journey, we provide a range of tools: AI, media, art, photography, and theater. These resources allow participants to closely examine how they see the world around them and learn to view it through the eyes of others.

WHAT IF PROGRAM

“The “What If…?” program focuses on fostering creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression in teenagers. Participants will learn to think outside the box, experiment with new approaches, and, most importantly, find ways to express themselves. Together, we’ll explore how our actions and choices can impact the world, while also learning to make unconventional decisions and analyze their outcomes. This program allows teenagers to view themselves through the lens of hypothetical scenarios and approach real-life decision-making with greater awareness and insight.
