In each of the four programmes, the kids can select one of the five themes, run by a renowned educator, and create their own project.

PERFORMING ARTS
A programme for those who understand that cinema and theatre are not just about being on the stage or in front of the camera. They are about developing imagination, creative thinking, the ability to communicate, understand tasks, find common interests and negotiate with partners, as well as self-confidence, which grows after each performance or shot. Children will attend theatre practise classes, study camera work, develop screenplays, create costumes and sets, and even invent their own characters.
FOOTBALL
A programme for true football fans. Professional sports classes with coaches from one of the best football clubs in the world! Children's hearts will flutter in excitement and they will have the most memorable summer of their lives. The name of the club will be officially announced soon, don't miss it!
SCIENCE & NATURE
A programme for true explorers who are interested in natural sciences. Armenia's diverse nature and expeditions, during which children will solve the riddles of the surrounding world, conduct scientific experiments and make their own inventions and discoveries — this what the programme has to offer to our future chemists, physicists, biologists and natural scientists.
VISUAL ARTS & ARCHITECTURE
A programme for future artists, architects, designers and general aesthetes with an artistic view of life. Children will attend classes in visual culture and architecture, creative and design thinking, the history of art and design, and the basics of graphic, industrial and fashion design.
LEADERSHIP & SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURCHIP
A programme for those who are aware of the importance of their personal contribution to making the world a better place. In social entrepreneurship classes, children will learn how and in which social activities they can take part, and find one that really inspires, will develop their leadership potential, the ability to solve business problems, develop and evaluate ideas, work in a team, and negotiate.

Feedback from previous participants

 Emily Wilk, 16

Just awful, that the programme only went on for two weeks – 200 weeks would have been about right! The UWC Summer Academy enriched, inspired and encouraged me. I am very grateful for this wonderful experience and for the wonderful memories and friends that I made there, it’s a programme that I would recommend to everyone.

It's just brilliant – we spent all day together, playing football, tennis, swimming and practicing English, learning new things in the imaginarium, circus, music studio, crazy art master-classes and robotics!
